MTAS Annual General Meeting

Reminding everyone that the Macquarie Towns Arts Society Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 10th September, 7:30 pm at the Deerubbin Centre, Windsor. The meeting will be followed by an Interactive Demonstration run by Deidre Morrison using Derivan Liquid Pencil.
The art supplies company Derivan will be providing some samples of Liquid Pencil, and will be given away to MTAS members. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience the product firsthand, known for its versatility and unique application.

Both members and non members are welcome to their meetings to view an inspirational artist at work each month, as well as the opportunity to enjoy networking with like-minded art enthusiasts.
This meeting is free to attend. Tea, coffee & supper will be supplied.
Please remember to park outside the car park as it closes early.
We want MTAS to continue into the future so please consider joining the committee.
Come along to the MTAS AGM to form a quorum and vote even if you are not nominating for a role. It is always good to hear the Annual Reports and support the Society.
If you feel you could assist with Committee in any capacity big or small, MTAS always welcome more helping hands. It is a great experience helping a local community group that has been in operation for over 65 years in the Hawkesbury.
REMEMBER members are also needed to be present to vote!

Newsletter & Graphic Editor, Field day Organiser, Exhibition Manager, Exhibition Equip Mgr, Catering Supper, Catering Exhibitions, Functions RSA, Public Officer, CASS Representative, Librarian, Open Day Organisers, and Historian/Archives Officer.
