Volunteers Information Day
Hawkesbury District Agricultural Association (HDAA) will be running an information day to promote and encourage new volunteers to assist in the preparation and running of the sections at the upcoming show.
When: Saturday, 20th January 2024
Time: 10 am to midday
Where: Hawkesbury pavilion – enter the grounds via Gate 4 and park in the committee carpark
Interested members of the Macquarie Towns Arts Society are encouraged to join the event and to volunteer for the upcoming Hawkesbury Show 2024.
The Volunteers Information Day will be an opportunity to meet and discuss with each section of interest – what is involved etc.
The volunteers will be asked to complete a form which would include their preferred area to work in and estimated availability. This will ensure that the section or area will be of interest and an available time for the individual, maximizing their enjoyment in the experience of volunteering at The Hawkesbury Show.
Please also take this opportunity to invite friends or family who may be interested in getting involved.
Light lunch will be provided.
